    RETURNS:
    Return expense is at the cost of the customer; we are unable to provide free return shipping at this time. The cost of return label will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund original shipping charges. Please use the mailer bag or box in which your order was received to ship returns back to us. Returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery (as determined by tracking delivery time). We reserve the right to deny a return. All returns must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached. If item is returned outside this condition  we may refuse your return (ie: pet hair, an odor, overly wrinkled or obviously worn, makeup or deodorant smudges, etc) We do not accept returns on Last Chance or Clearance merchandise discounted 50% or more, these items are final sale.     All sales are final on Vintage Apparel & Home Goods.  Our vintage items are pre-loved, pre-owned items from the past. They may show natural signs of wear or age, which we feel adds to the authenticity & character of each item, and we do our best to mention these in the item descriptions. On occasion a small flaw may be overlooked. We provide measurements & photos of vintage items, as well as try to notate any flaws or blemishes, therefore these items can not be returned due to fit or minor imperfections. All home goods, such as ceramics and other breakables are not able to be returned.

    SHIPPING:
    Orders are processed Tuesday-Saturday and are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase; we do not process orders on Sunday or Monday as our business is closed those days. USPS & UPS shipping delays are beyond our control, and we can not be held responsible once packages have been placed in their custody. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to the US Postal Service. We do not insure packages and do not require signature confirmation upon delivery. 
    Domestic Shipping: For orders under $50, we ship with a $5 & $7.50 flat rate inside the continental USA using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. (Generally a 2-4 day shipping time once order is processed.) Orders of $50 & up ship with a flat fee of $9.50 and orders over $100 ship free. 
    Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: We charge a flat rate of $17.50 on orders under $50 and a flat rate of $25 for orders over $50. 
    International Shipping: We ship with USPS International at a flat rate of $40 + 10% of order cost. Shipping times vary and can take 5-14 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the US or foreign countries postal service. All customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. There is no tracking available once the package leaves the US border and enters your country. 
    To pick up your order in-store please choose free "Local Pick Up" at checkout. We will pull your order and have it waiting for you on our next open business day.
